I've got another busy day ahead and am looking forward to the weekend! I really love having time in the mornings to make nice breakfasts and take my time with them. Last Sunday it was scones. This Saturday, we're going on a road trip to... somewhere. No one's told me where yet! I think we'll need something more substantial to start the day with than freshly baked scones, organic butter and blueberry jam. It was pretty nice, though! Maybe eggs and avocado then?
