Happy Friday from me and Babycat! These were actually taken last Monday. After a long, tiring week, I only got two hours of sleep on Sunday night and OUCH did it show. I bought a new concealer/corrector product to use with my regular concealer as I have dark under eye circles at the best of times, and it really works a treat... with the darkness, anyway. There ain't nothing you can do about the facial geography and red eyeballs of tiredness. I want to do a post on these products, and on good foundations for pale skin (I know a lot of you can empathize with the difficulty of finding the right shade) too, but wanted to ask you first: would you prefer a video, or a pics post? I can promise you that any videos will be short and to the point!
Babycat likes doing hangs with me when I get ready in the mornings – or maybe, just maybe, it's something to do with that room being the only sunny, warm room in the house. I am getting so much wear out of these shoes, and I love these bow tights as they give me the perfect excuse to bust out a bad pun: peek-a-bow!

Nothing makes my heart happier than a BC post. Every now and then I will randomly think of her with the grass in her teeth (you know the pic) and it makes me laugh out loud.

I love your tights! I bought a similar pair recently and have been trying to work out how to wear them. I'd love to hear any advice on foundations for pale skin, at the moment I am using Max Factor Ageless Elixer because it is the closest I can find to my skin shade. I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Oh I would love to see a post about concealer/corrector for pale skin. I have pale skin too and boy do I have to shop around to get a good cover without cakey-ness or too much yellow for dark circles.

You're always as pretty as a rose, even on just two hours sleep (which I can relate to for sure...my health rarely permits me to get much sleep, so I have hefty bags under my eyes the bulk of the time). One thing, when it comes to under eye concealer, that I've found helps a lot is to get one that has a yellow or even green tinge to it, to help offset the reddish-purple of the bags. I was floored by what a difference it makes when I first tired one a few years ago, and now apply it pretty much every day to help hide how permanently sleep deprived I am.
